Our Purpose:
  The particular purpose of the A.V.R.E. is all things Engineering in the field of Volunteer Emergency Rescue, with
   the emphasis on Vehicles, Equipment, Communications, Research and Development.

  Who are our members:
  Vehicle Officers, Equipment Officers and Engineers who's responsibility is the acquiring and maintenance of
  vehicles and equipment within the field of Volunteer Emergency Search & Rescue Teams.

  Membership:
   Membership of the A.V.R.E. is totally voluntary and cost free, it is the coming together of like minded people for
   the pooling of ideas that will help others.
